Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for all items that are in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product was defective or damaged.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your handbag for a different style or color, please contact us to process the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
